Project enquiries

When you submit the contact form, AppLab stores your name, email address, company (if supplied), selected service, and project brief in a private Postgres database hosted by Neon. We also store the submission time, a reference, and notification delivery status. The website sends an email notification through Resend to the mailbox used by AppLab to manage enquiries.

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, and discuss a potential engagement. Submissions are available to authorized administrators through the database provider’s dashboard; the website does not provide public access to saved enquiries. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential project data in an initial enquiry.

Website delivery

This website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages, to deliver the site and maintain its security and reliability.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google’s font servers to display them. Those requests may include technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies for visitor profiling. It does not save enquiry drafts to browser storage. To limit spam, the server temporarily stores hashed identifiers derived from the request’s IP address and email address, with expiry after approximately 25 hours. Expired rate-limit records are removed by a daily cleanup task.

Email handling

Messages sent to the public support address may be routed through email forwarding and mailbox providers used to manage enquiries. Access to messages is used for handling the conversation and related project administration.

Retention and requests

Enquiry correspondence is kept as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting business relationship. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
